Building Hope

We want to build 10, Class A, climate controlled, top quality self-storage facilities.  Then, choose the best performing, highest valued facility to donate.  Pay off that facility and donate it 100% unencumbered to a non-profit we control.

Once the facility is in the non-profit we will encumber it to the degree the facility can cover the debt service.  The borrowed funds will be used to support outreach programs to the homeless, domestic violence and drug rehabilitation centers.

We choose to donate the best facility because we want everyone in the organization to know we give our best for others. We want those receiving the benefits of the best facility to know they’re worthy of receiving the best.

The donation will be tax deductible, which will be valuable from a tax standpoint.  The purpose and intention will be a rallying point for all people involved.
